What We Promise
Every piece of meat served at Istanbul Mediterranean is Zabiha Halal — hand-slaughtered by a Muslim in accordance with Islamic guidelines. We source exclusively from certified halal suppliers who share our values. We do not serve, stock, or cook with any pork products, alcohol, or non-halal ingredients. Our kitchen is a dedicated halal facility.
Our Verification Process
We maintain direct relationships with our meat suppliers and regularly verify their halal certifications. We inspect incoming shipments for proper halal labeling and documentation. Our staff is trained on halal food handling procedures. We never mix halal and non-halal products because we simply don't carry non-halal products. Transparency is central to our promise.
