Our Beef & Lamb Döner is prepared using the same techniques that have defined Turkish street food for generations — thin layers of seasoned meat, slow-roasted on a vertical spit, carved to order. Our Çiğ Köfte is made from the traditional bulgur-based recipe, wrapped in lavash with pomegranate syrup. Our Baklava features layers of hand-stretched phyllo, filled with pistachios and soaked in honey syrup.
