How We Make Our Falafel
Great falafel starts with dried chickpeas — not canned. We soak them overnight to achieve the perfect texture: a crispy exterior that shatters with each bite, giving way to a moist, herbaceous interior. Our blend includes fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, coriander, and a touch of cayenne. The mixture is shaped and deep-fried to order.
